When to expect the DVD:

Normally the whole video transfer service process will take about a week. Your DVD will arrive in 5-7 business days from the date you submit the order.

Important - Please Read before Submitting Order:

By submitting/supplying tapes or other materials to CMTBIZ, you, the customer understand and agree that CMT-BIZ's liability for any loss, damage, or delay to tapes or other provided material during the transfer process or while in transit will be limited to the replacement cost of a new tape or video cassette of similar size and or format. Except for such replacement, CMT-BIZ shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental by customers use of CMT-BIZ's service.
